Shipping Ninjas offers straightforward, volume-based pricing with no hidden fees. The more you ship, the less you pay per order. All new accounts are subject to a one-time setup fee.

Order Packing
The per-order packing fee is based on your average monthly order volume and number of active SKUs. Pricing adjusts automatically as your volume grows.

Item Picking
A picking fee is charged for each individual unit pulled from inventory to fulfill an order. Rates are based on unit size.

We do not currently accept oversize units (18″ or more on the longest side).
Receiving Charges
Receiving fees apply when we accept and process inbound inventory at our warehouse.

Mixed-SKU sorting fee applies to cartons containing more than one SKU that require manual sorting upon receipt.
Storage Fees
Storage is charged based on the space your inventory occupies in our warehouse. We store one SKU per bin. Pallets may hold up to four SKUs depending on product dimensions.

Value-Added Services
We offer additional services to help you deliver a branded experience to your customers.

Outbound packaging materials (boxes, mailers, void fill, tape, etc.) are charged at market rate and will vary based on your packaging requirements. We will provide packaging cost estimates during onboarding.
Returned items in new, resellable condition will be restocked in your inventory. Items that cannot be restocked can be disposed of or returned to you at your direction.
Shipping Rates
Shipping labels are purchased directly through your Veeqo account, giving you full visibility into carrier rates. Veeqo offers competitive rates across all major carriers and may qualify your account for volume discounts or rebates depending on your shipping volume.
Shipping costs are not included in our fulfillment pricing and are paid directly through your Veeqo account.
